These two incredibly special and quirky people, tied the knot, between the orchards at Francine’s Wedding Venue, Limpopo. They both have a deep love for the bushveld, so an outdoor wedding in Hoedspruit, was the ideal destination to celebrate their love.
Blanche had her wedding dress custom made, by, Annelize Scheepers, with floral detail, a beautiful bohemian flower crown. With her effortless beauty, she literally took guests breath away, as she made her way down the isle with both her dad’s. JP’s expression was priceless as his wife-to-be-made her appearance. And through tears, they giggled at one another as they greeted.
After a heartfelt ceremony we headed of to the nearby plantations for a wonderful shoot. Laughter, cigars and an amazing sunset later we made our way to the most epic reception under the stars.
Blanche & JP wanted their wedding to be a festive celebration of their love. The reception reflected this, with food and delicious spreads decorating the tables. Guests greeted the couple with a “sparkling welcome”, and could feast to their hearts desire throughout the evening, as the festivities and speeches continued. Music, laughter and the most amazing dance floor under the stars, provided for a memorable celebration, until the early hours of the morning.
These two are so incredibly special to me: Quirky and so deeply in love with one another…and man, are they photogenic!!!! This is by far one of the most epic weddings I’ve had the privilege of photographing. Below, a few of my favourite memories from their big day- Enjoy xxx
